Before you ask…

How long until I hear back?
Most quote requests get a reply within one business day (Mon–Fri, 9–6 EST).
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best for clean printing. We also accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, and PSD files.
Do you have a minimum order?
Screen printing requires 24 pieces minimum. Embroidery has no minimum. Most printed products start at 100 pieces but we can quote smaller runs.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes, on most products. Mention your deadline in the form and we'll let you know if it's possible plus any rush fee.
Can I get a digital proof before printing?
Always. Every order includes a free digital proof for your approval before we go to print.
