What is screen printing?
The durable, vibrant decoration method we use on every bulk order.
Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh stencil, one color at a time, directly into the fabric. It's the industry standard for bulk apparel because it's affordable at volume, lasts wash after wash, and produces bright, opaque colors.
This is not embroidery (stitched thread) or full-color digital printing — it's best for bold 1–2 color logos and text.

What decoration method do you use — is this embroidery?
No — every bulk order is screen printed: ink pushed through a stencil into the fabric. It's durable, vibrant, and ideal for bold 1–2 color designs. It is not embroidery (stitched thread) or full-color digital printing.
What's the minimum order?
48 pieces per design. The per-shirt price drops at 72, 100, 250, 500 and beyond.
How many colors can I print?
Up to 2 ink colors per location, on the front and/or back. Need full color? Contact us for a custom quote.
How do I send my artwork?
Upload it in the order builder, or email it to us after checkout. We confirm everything before printing.
