Choosing your table cover
Three styles, all full colour dye sublimated.
- Open back is a draped throw over three sides. The back of the table stays open, which is what most people want when they sit behind it. Fits 4ft, 6ft and 8ft folding tables.
- Closed back is the same draped throw enclosing all four sides. Fits 4ft, 6ft and 8ft folding tables.
- Fitted stretch pulls taut over the table for a sharp, modern look with no loose fabric. Available for 6ft and 8ft tables.

CANOPY
Canopy is printed and sewn weather resistant tent polyester. Print your brand message on each of the four peaks and valance panels. Our large format full color capabilities take artwork seam to seam unlike competitor tents that rely on small vinyl applications.
FULL WALL
Add the perfect backdrop for your 10x10 event tent. Full wall graphics use velcro loops to attach to the hardware just under the canopy and extend to within 4 inches of the floor. The full color dye-sub graphic offers another dimension of event tent branding as well as a possible wind break for outdoor setups.
HALF WALLS
Half wall tent graphics are versatile additions to a 10x10 event tent setup. They add square footage to your branding footprint, drive traffic through your preferred entry point and allow for a modular tent setups. Pick 1,2,3,4 half walls or pair them with the full walls for a complete tent package. The dye-sub graphics are printed on weather-resistant tent polyester.
Half Walls are supported with half wall hardware. Hardware comes with one telescopic pole and 2 hex clamps made specifically to attach to our premium aluminum tent hardware.

Aluminum hex frames like ours outlast standard steel frames significantly. Our 40mm anodized aluminum hex frame resists corrosion, doesn't rust, and maintains structural rigidity across multiple events. The aluminum wall thickness of 1mm provides excellent strength-to-weight ratio for portable event use.
How can I secure my canopy so it doesn't blow away?

Use the included stakes and ropes on grass surfaces. For hard surfaces like parking lots, we offer optional sand bags (4 bags available). The secure footplates on our adjustable telescopic legs also provide additional ground contact stability.
Which canopy color helps keep things coolest under the tent?

White or light-colored canopy tops reflect more sunlight and keep the interior noticeably cooler than dark colors. Our 6 oz. weatherproof polyester fabric also provides UV protection, and the dye sublimation printing is scratch-resistant and weather-resistant.
How long can I expect a custom-printed canopy to last?

With proper care and storage, our 10x10 custom canopy tents typically last 3-5 years of regular use. The 600x600 denier polyester fabric is waterproof coated and the dye sublimation printing is scratch-resistant. Store dry and avoid prolonged UV exposure when not in use.
Can a canopy tent stay up for an entire summer season?

Our canopy tent is designed for event use, not permanent installation. Extended continuous outdoor exposure will reduce its lifespan. For multi-day events it performs excellently, but we recommend taking it down between events and storing it properly in the included carry bag.
What do I do to prevent tears in my tent fabric?

Avoid setting up in high winds. Always stake or weight the legs. When collapsing the tent, fold the canopy carefully rather than stuffing it. Store in the carry bag dry — storing damp fabric can cause mildew. Inspect the fabric before each event and repair small tears immediately with fabric repair tape.
